Benchmark 360 provides the flexibility to provide instant results on a variety of parts and accommodate different measuring requirements. It captures complete part detail in the blink of an eye. Place the part into the inspection cell, click a button, and watch as Benchmark 360 instantly measures runout as well as disproportional errors in size, form, dimensions, profile, angularity, orientation, and depth (to name a few). Utilize Benchmark 360 to evaluate any number of tolerance-critical leading and trailing edges and instantly identify features that are out of specification. 

Measure and inspect the most difficult features down to the nearest micron. Benchmark 360 is powerful; features >.5mm in length are measured to approximately +/- 4µm. For features >1mm, measurements of approximately +/- 2µm are achieved. Benchmark 360 currently measures parts up to 2.5” in diameter and 2” – 7.5” in length.
