Vision Inspector systems are designed to perform multiple inspections on a single, configurable inspection point on the line, eliminating the need for multiple (and often disparate) inspection and measuring systems or devices. Integrate any combination of monitoring, inspection, and measurement capabilities into a single inspection cell anywhere on the production line. Vision Inspector captures complete part detail in the blink of an eye, improves production processes, and significantly reduces time to inspect.

Vision Inspector supports LEAN manufacturing processes: it is highly adaptable and will grow as requirements and hardware configurations change. This results in significant cost savings when compared with adding multiple standalone smart-camera based inspection points.
